River City Petroleum, Inc. will customize reports to fit your fleets' individual needs. We have provided you with a comment area in the information request tab where your special requests can be noted and designed in your report.
Your report can be customized to fit your individual needs:
- The fuels allowed
- The day of the week
- The time of day allowed to fuel
- Use by state
- Lock out of card (loss or dismissal)
- Miles per gallon by vehicle
- The cost per gallon
- Taxes paid
- The cost of product
This type of customer profiling is a unique feature in the industry which translates to better control and savings for your fleet.

Track and enforce your fleet policies, control fraud and unauthorized purchases by identifying purchases outside your company parameters. The unusual activity report provides complete transaction data by vehicle, including driver, location, date and time of transaction, you choose the activities you want reported and establish the limits for each.
Available exceptions include:
- Fuel type
- Gallons per transaction (A.K.A. tank capacity)
- Hours
- States
- Number of transactions per day
The Unusual Activity Report Summary reports the number of instances and cost impact for each type of unusual activity. The report also confirms driver and vehicle charges, and lists the top 20 manual stations used by your fleet. This report is at no charge. Please contact us with any questions.
